Driving lessons in Haslemere

I had Paul as my instructor and had an amazing experience. He is always kind and funny, even when making (many) mistakes. He taught me not just how to pass the test, but how to be a great driver in general. He was very flexible with timings and even picked me up at 5:30am on test day so I could get warmed up!

Amazing experience with PriPlus School of Motoring. Both of my sons had lessons with Paul Johnson and both passed first time - in quick succession. Paul was an absolutely brilliant, patient and encouraging instructor for our daughter. A very lovely way with him that is able to give the students confidence and calmness. We’ve had instructors before with our other children but Paul definitely is in a league of his own and enable our daughter to pass first time.

Amazing experience with PriPlus School of Motoring. Never a boring lesson.

Wow... I honestly couldn't rate Paul highly enough! I passed my driving test 8 years ago and up until recently, not been back in the driver's seat since the day of my test (meaning that my confidence with driving has been very low).

I booked 2 refresher lessons with Paul, and immediately he managed to put my mind at ease, and made the whole experience of driving again really enjoyable. He explained things in a way that really resonated with me, and made things that previously seemed a huge challenge feel really simple - something that my original driving instructor hadn't managed to do.

Paul really let me lead the way, whilst bringing so much positivity and enthusiasm to our lessons, meaning that I'm now really excited to get back in the car again!

I have recently taken refresher driving lessons with Paul and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My objective was to gain confidence and drive independently, especially on A roads, motorways, town driving and more complex routes (including large roundabouts and busy junctions) and feel less intimidated by all the different processes involved; Paul made that possible in a very supportive and professional way.

All the lessons were tailored to my needs, focusing on a broad range of driving techniques, motorway driving, and navigating different driving set ups (town driving, parking, narrow roads with parked cars etc). Paul was incredibly patient and calm (even when I made mistakes), explained everything clearly, and helped me feel completely at ease behind the wheel. Each lesson was structured, informative, and full of useful tips that made a real difference in my driving.

I now feel confident driving alone, thanks to Paul’s guidance. For anyone looking for a driving school that truly helps them achieve their objectives while making them feel relaxed and supported, I couldn’t recommend Paul highly enough! Many thanks!

Paul was a wonderful instructor. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable in the car all the way from the first lesson to passing my test. All his instructions were easy to pick up and follow, and all our lessons were good fun.

Best driving instructor ever!!!!!! Paul is kind, patient, funny and puts the student completely at their ease. He goes above and beyond what you could ever expect. He also trains for real life driving along with passing the test(which they will with Paul!). You simply could not book a better driving instructor than Paul, he is absolutely fantastic!!!! Paul is an amazing driving instructor. He went above and beyond to provide the support that he knew my son would need leading up to his test. Dedicated lessons offered near to the test centre, being there for him on the test day itself and of course expert tuition from the first lesson to the last.
My son learned to drive exceptionally quickly with Paul who has years of experience and a lovely calm, measured approach to teaching people to drive.

I would highly recommend going with Paul for your driving lessons. My son recently passed his test having learned to drive with Paul. My son looked forward to every lesson and rapidly improved as the lessons progressed. My daughter turns 17 in a year and a half and we will be reaching out to Paul again to help her pass her test!

With Paul as my instructor I got great teaching as well explaining clearly the concepts of driving and how to manoeuvre the car so that you become a safe and competent driver. Paul is an utterly brilliant instructor. I’d rather crazily booked the test prior to my daughter even starting lessons so it was a big ask to get her test ready in 4 weeks. However, nothing was too big an issue and he seemed unphased by this. My daughter hugely enjoyed his lessons - he always remained patient, calm and kind - and therefore she became a confident and comfortable driver very quickly. I can’t thank Paul enough for all his support and can not recommend him highly enough.
